Pattern Design
We love to bring completely original ideas to life. Starting with full pattern design and material sourcing from scratch, entirely new products can be brought to market using any different number of production and manufacturing techniques.
Screen-printing
Screen printing is our goto production method for most apparel. Also referred to as “silkscreen” screen printing is best for mass production and can be done with up to 10 colors.
Embroidered Patches
Patches can be made with tackle twill and embroidery or with woven thread and all applied with heat transfer glue. Manufacturing method can differ depending on artwork, time and budget available as well as client or creative intent.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
The quickest, easiest and most cost effective way to customize any apparel. Applied with a heat press, vinyl can be transferred to almost any material at the right temperature and pressure. Simple shapes are easiest, since vinyl graphics have to be “weeded” out.
Sublimation
Applied to white polyester fabric, sublimation is great for jerseys, socks, and other polyester performance garments that you want to transform with color and pattern.
Woven Patches
Embroidery
Embroidery is a great option for premium color logo application on caps and some apparel. It is usually only used on simpler artwork that you want to have pop with texture and feel. Color processing thread can create custom fades and gradients and achieve detailed patterns and logos.
DTG Printing
Commonly referred to as DTG, Direct to garment printing is best for detailed and intricate designs that have lots of colors, gradients of variances. It is not ideal for mass production and better for smaller unit counts.
Airbrush
Airbrush is simple and easy way to completely transform a shoe, using masking vinyl and decals you can create 1 of a kind customs in quick time.
EBS260 Inkjet
The EBS Inkjet gun uses a 32 dot matrix printer to shoot an acetone based ink onto any surface that is flat enough to roll the printer along. It works best with simple designs, fonts, and logos.
Footwear Vinyl
Heat transfer vinyl can be applied to footwear with careful precision to create custom artwork application in minutes.
Laser Etching
Laser etching or engraving is a great way to customize all sorts of products and materials with single color artwork and patterns.
Graphic Transfer Logos
Graphic transfer logos are applied with pressure only and no heat, 5 color maximum available with this type of application, intricate and detailed artwork available without gradients.
Pad Printing
Pad printing can be used to print onto curved products or products with multiple overlapping layers such as footwear.
Custom Duebres
Custom duebres can be made for application to footwear. Custom shapes, materials, finishes etc.
Custom Laces
Custom laces can be made out of a variety of materials, including leather and woven. Customized laces can include custom colors, printing on one or both sides as well as custom tips can be applied during production or as a customization offering.
Custom Tags
Custom woven tongue tags can be made for application to footwear, or custom woven labels for sewn apparel application.
Custom Hangtags
Custom molded hangtags can be made of a variety of materials, such as metal, acrylic, and PVC. Simples shapes can be laser cut and etched, or custom shapes can be molded with more time.
Custom Insoles
To create an entirely custom footwear package, you can reclothe the insoles and rebrand them with a custom logo.
