RESPONSIBILITIES: Direction and management of all customization production. Ranging from working with internal creative team to create pre-customized hoodies and jerseys to working with vendor to produce brand approved heat transfer patches with athlete logos. Overseeing all on-site production and pre-production to ensure creative expectations, quality, and integrity are being upheld throughout entire activation. Hosting VIP athletes and celebrities in Parlor 23 during the experience
